    • Some of the older materials were based on google accounts of other users. If those accounts get discontinued, the albums became unavailable. Now I make copies of everything, but in the early years of knits4kids I did not realize that linking directly to other people’s resources is problematic.

  1. Hello Svetlana
    http://knits4kids.org/collection-en/description-wanted/?highlight=Crocheter%26%23039%3Bs%20skill%20building%20workshop#gallery/e1381d6dbb577fab993dbe2ce13c75b4/47727/comments
This book is there or atleast it was there before you had issues with your website.
Unable to locate many books through search these days. ?☹️
Hope you can look into it. I typed Crocheter’s Skill Building workshop in search but I got links to other issues and books with workshop in them but not the original book by Dora Ohrenstein!

    • Oops sorry, wrong link got posted. In Description Wanted someone has requested for Crochet Stitch Dictionary by Sarah Hazell, it is there in your database, unfortunately the search is not helping!

  2. Hello Svetlana
When I put Zoomigurumi in search engine of this site, I found Nothing! Is this collection lost ☹️ or shifted to premium collection? ?
    TIA

Almost all of Irish crochet elements are used in this except that in Irish crochet motifs are connected through a mesh and in Koronki Koniakowskie, each element is connected directly to each other in artistic ways!

  7. Hello Svetlana, this baby bootie pattern : http://knits4kids.com/collection-en/description-wanted/#foobox-1/0/image-3e97f2886e689337a8d9ec8f212c13a0abae313b.jpeg
is originally from here : http://crochetbrio.blogspot.in/2014/03/spring-newborn-crochet-baby-ballerina.html.
This blogger has improved upon her own creation : http://crochetbrio.blogspot.in/2013/08/my-first-ever-crochet-project-baby.html.
That little bootie is from here: http://knits4kids.com/collection-en/library/album-view/?aid=3374
There is no actual pattern for the original pattern request!! Hope this helps! :)

  8. Hi Svetlana!!
    This pattern request : http://knits4kids.com/wp-content/gallery/descriptionwanted/il_570xn-590318117_4adc-b72a8e662e850e282c961ee7f839928f37e42120.jpg
something similar can be found in here : http://knits4kids.com/collection-en/library/album-view/?aid=43624
On page 50 , motif pattern no.3 and on page 51, layout no.22 works out to be similar to the pattern requested. If somebody can explain the russian text, it will be easier to work out the pattern! :)
    Hope this helps?!!

  9. This particular frock: http://knits4kids.com/wp-content/gallery/descriptionwanted/7e14e07e6479e996809904d5198f68b6-841bdc527032b76a7bb94efec588b0015fa4a709.jpg
is a combination of two patterns, the shell part being like this : http://www.liveinternet.ru/users/nymeria/post328250009/
and the joining chains between the shell is something like this: http://www.vazanie-port.ru/KruchokModeli21.html (butterfly stitch)
There is an english written pattern to the first pattern here: https://shyamanivas.blogspot.in/2014/08/cute-in-pink-demystified.html
Hope this helps. I searched the net for a similar chart pattern but could not find any. :)

  10. Hi Svetlana, for this http://knits4kids.com/wp-content/gallery/descriptionwanted/1-2-3-a78695f18dfe09edcb513b98fbced9a4801ea167.jpg
the main body pattern can be got from here, a free pattern : http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/crocodile-stitch-newborn-baby-cocoon , a downloadable pdf file, and for the owl face one can follow either of the two video tutorials: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kg7inmowwa4
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wOcDUH-iN5M
Half way through making the eyes, will have to split the work in two to get the desired opening in the cocoon!! Hope this helps. :)
Hat I am sure there is a simple pattern available in your database!!

  11. Hi Svetlana, http://knits4kids.com/collection-en/description-wanted/#foobox-1/0/tapete-mandala-f6455670c2121bca8ef2471dfc2967f301991bc5.jpg
    has a video tutorial here.http://maracrochet.com/ponto-a-ponto/tapete-mandala-em-croche/
I am not sure if they have a written pattern for it. Unlike many of the English patterns, some Russian and Portuguese designers dont have a written pattern but either a chart or a video tutorial, I think. Hope this helps. Maybe some of your portuguese members can help to translate? :)
